Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return any item, the steps are simple:

1. Contact our team at HELLO@MINZUU.COM with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will send you a return authorization number. This is important since our system will not process any returns without an authorization number. 

2. We will issue a USPS return label to simplify your return shipping. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund upon using this label. Alternatively, you can always use a shipping method of your own choice.

3. Package your return item in a well padded box to prevent damage in transit (we recommend the original packaging), and enclose a note with your return authorization number inside your return package.  All returns should be addressed to:

We will send you an email when your return is received and processed.  You should see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. 

Please note:
All items returned to us must be unused and in the original packaging.  Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.




Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this moment.  Instead of making an exchange, we suggest placing a new order at MINZUU.COM and send the unwanted items back for a refund.  




What if my order is damaged?

Please contact us immediately at HELLO@MINZUU.COM.  Please provide the order number, the email address associated with your account, and your phone number for the fastest service.  To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
