How long should I expect to wait on the waiting list?

Usually 6-8 weeks. Most of the items we offer are entirely handcrafted, and the production time for each item varies, ranging from 3-5 days to 2 months. Sometimes, the delivery of finished products can be delayed due to bad weather and damaged roads in the villages, especially when the artisan groups reside in remote areas or mountains. We post the expected back-in-stock dates on product pages whenever possible.

What if a product I like is sold out and taken off the web store?

It is still possible to place special orders for items that we don’t carry anymore. As long as our partner artisans are still making them, we can order the items for you. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. After entering a shipping address outside of the United States at checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. There are usually two options: the United States Postal Service and DHL. International shipping costs are calculated based on the weights and dimensions of the products ordered. Please keep in mind that the recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes, which will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country, and assessed upon delivery.

How much is the return shipping?

The return shipping cost is calculated by the dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the postal zone. It is usually 20%-30% lower than retail rates, and it comes with tracking and insurance. Our customer service team will include the actual cost in the email when issuing the return label and the return authorization code. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Do you cover return shipping?

Yes. If you return for store credit, we will gladly cover the return shipipng. In the case of wrong or defective items received, the return shipping cost is also on us. In other cases, we are not able to offer free returns.

We process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to make an exchange, feel free to contact us within 30 days of order delivery. One of our team members will gladly assist you.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

We only process payments via our online checkout system. For security reasons, we do not take customers' credit card numbers via phone or email, nor do we store any payment information in our checkout system.
