Pulp Vessel, Kudala Pot

Molded by hand using waste paper pulp and dried under the Southern African sun, this sculpture-like paper mache vessel carries the spirit of minimalist modern design while hinting on its root in traditional African art. It is lightweight, food safe, water resistant, and safe to use around small children and pets as the material does not break into sharp pieces. Due to the handmade nature, each piece varies slightly and has its own beauty.
