Among seasoned woodturners, Jobillo is the name for the highest grades of tigerwood, an exotic wood species best known for its beautiful grain and superior durability. The reddish orange background and dark vein stripes create dramatic effects on wares - our hand-carved cake servers are just the perfect examples.
Each cake server was ethically handcrafted from one whole piece of Jobillo wood, sustainably sourced from the Petén Jungle in Guatemala. Thanks to the variation in colors and grain lines, each item is unique and one-of-a-kind.
